Name: Cierra on May 9, 2008ZIP code: 29803Comments: The ordinance does not make any sense therefore if passed more complications will come along which will make the current situation worse. And why 17 and under if the problems are mainly coming from those persons above 17 Its too confusing and will be hard to keep up with and very unorganized.Flag

Name: Brian Katonak on May 9, 2008ZIP code: 29801Comments: This country was founded based on the principal of freedom of individual without oppression by the government. As an attorney that works in both the family and criminal courts, I am well aware of the problems caused by some of our youth today. However, wanting to impose a curfew on ALL teenagers is overly oppressive and punishes all teenages, not just the small group that are the problem. If one thinks that having a curfew is going to cause teen crime, drinking and drugs use to go away, then that is very naive thinking.Flag

Name: Sandra Carlson on May 9, 2008ZIP code: 29824Comments: I believe ordinances and laws pertaining to minors and how they are dealt with are already on the books. An additional and unwarranted ordinance is not the best way to enforce any problems stemming from young people out past a mandatory curfew.Flag
