Many people believe that aids is only acquired through homosexuality and needles...however, 14 years ago (10/22/1995), my sister Tina Allen suffered from this horrific disease at the hands of a heterosexual man that she was with for 10 years. Tina was 26 yrs old and had just started life in my mind. Her husband was diagnosed with HIV/Aids and kept the information hidden from her becasue he said he didn't want to hurt her....however in the end of it all..he killed her. Please take a stand and protect our men and women from contracting this disease by requiring those infected with this disease to be registered Aids Patients so that we the people have the choice as to whether we want to pursue a relationship with someone who may have AIDS. It's funny how sexual offenders are required to be registered, but someone who has a deadly catchable disease is allowed to be protected under HIPPA!
