Name: Rochelle & Victor Megerman on Jun 13, 2010Comments: Jerusalem is the united capital of the sovereign State of Israel, the only democracy in the Middle East. Please cease your geopolitically incorrect weather reporting which is an affront to Israel and plays into the efforts of the Islamic propaganda machine to deligitimize Israel. Peace can be achieved if the legitimate governments of the Middle East accept Israel as their neighbor. Israel is a willing and potentially helpful neighbor in technology, medicine, agriculture, education, etc. Peace can bring prosperity to the Palestinian people...something that their Arabic and Islamic brethren have withheld from the "poor suffering people" who chose to spend their resources on the weapons of terrorism. Please use your vast worldwide influence to promote peace not devisiveness. Do not surcumb to the same pressures that have made the UN destructive, polarizing and misguided. Sincerely, Rochelle & Victor MergermanFlag

Name: Anonymous on Jun 13, 2010Comments: Like Yahoo thinks there are (2) distinct regions of weather areas . . . I don't think so . . . . . Yahoo . . . whats the problem ? Change your weather format to be correct and not stir up and create any more hate ! There is enough of this to go around ! Apple . . . we are really surprised at your position . . . I think someone in your weather department without your knowledge is spreading and causing . . more hate ! I would not think this was a top of the company policy that allows this ? Anyways it is the companys top executives, that need to check their under management policy and implementaion of applied applications. Ap[ple you need to change this, and oversee and review your world. Without watching what is going on with international policy within your own company . . . you run a very real risk of loosing more world support . . and identifies you as an entity I hope you don't want to be associated with. Please review and change the way some of your data is LABELED It causes and incites more divisionFlag

It is NOT the overcrowded and rubble-strewn ghetto that the press, Liberals, and other anti-Israel commentators have suggested all along.Flag

Name: Anonymous on Jun 13, 2010Comments: To divide Jerusalem as you have makes a travesty of history. Jerusalem was NEVER divided until in 1948 the Jordanian army took possession and expelled or killed the Jews living there. They then proceeded to demolish, profane and trash any Jewish holy sites in the city. In 1967, Jerusalem was re-united, and while Jewish sites were restored, the religious sites of other religions (including Muslem), were left open to them. Even today, while the Israeli authorities preserve all archeological finds, the Muslem authorities who were left in control of the TEMPLE MOUNT due to the presence of the Dome of the Rock, take every effort to destroy any archeological finds that testify to the Jewish history of the site (that predates their own). The only tradition of an "Arab East Jerusalem" dated to the 1948 Arab land grab. Yahoo and Apple should not buy into this rewriting of history.Flag
