Mr. President Of Pakistan SUBJECT: A COMPLAINT AGAINST LARKANA POLICE FOR TAKING NO ACTION AGAINST MURDERERS OF AN INNOCENT STUDENT Esteemed Sir, 1. Sir, there is an instant need to take all the necessary measures to arrest the offenders and block the expected bloodshed which may take many innocent lives. In this very critical situation the police must play its positive role which is, unfortunately, still suspicious. 2. With due respect, it is stated that a 15 years old young boy named Ahsan Ali S/O Masood Ahmed Chandio Resident of village Madd Bahoo, Taluka Bakrani, District Larkana, Police Station Bakrani District Larkana Sindh was attacked by some armed men living in the same village on 29th of October, 2010, at about 09: 30 p.m. He was immediately taken to Larkana where he lost his life on 31st of October, 2010 in the CMC Hospital Larkana Sindh Pakistan. 3. Sir, the appellant registered the FIR under section 302, crime No. 128/ 2010 of the above mentioned incident on 30th October, 2010, at the Police Station Bakrani, Larkana Pakistan in which the following accused men were mentioned: 1. Rasheed s/o Ghulam Hussain Chandio, 2. Nawab s/o Ghulam Hussain Chandio, 3.Munsib s/o Chanesar Chandio, 4. Hussain s/o Nadir Chandio, 5. Ahmed s/ o Ghulam Muhammad Chandio and two unknown persons. It is worth to mention that the accused Munsib s/o Chanesar was once convicted of capital punishment and acquitted with an appeal, and further his brother named Raheem Chandio was a notorious prized bandit of Sindh who was killed in the army operation in 1993 in Pakistan. 4. Sir, the entire critical situation which may turn to be a volcano of a tribal war has been brought to the notice of the DPO Investigation Larkana, but the police are still playing the role of spectator and still the Larkana Police have even not bothered to visit the crime scene, and the accused men are still living in their homes in the village which would cause a tribal war in the area and may result an endless bloodshed. 5. Sir, in the light of the above mentioned facts, it is demanded from the high authorities to ensure that the police will arrest the murderers in order that the appellant and his family must be entertained with justice and the expected tribal war must be blocked. Awaiting for justice Appellant (brother of the murdered boy) Irfan Ali s/o Masood Ahmed Village Mad Bahoo, Taluka Bakrani, District Larkana, Sindh Pakistan(77150 Cell No: +92-344-3883399
