My son Luca and I have been separeted by an abusive, manipulative, mentaly disturbed father.
My ex has used the power of his money, blackmail,threats,pressure and more to destroy the wish of his own son to live with his mother.
My son Luca, which is still with his father is living a nightmare as he hates with all his heart his father and wants to be with me.
Earlier,this man had kidnapp my son from me for 4 months, taking him out of school friends and family.
For 4 months my son and I didn't have any contact whatsoever, as a mother my heart was broken, as a child it destroyed him.
After 1 year 1/2 trial in Liechtenstein, where my son live with his father,the 1st and 2nd court gave me the full custody but as my ex appeal, the supreme court didn't follow saying that the child was not abused phisically and had a roof above his head, it was enough for them!
As I appeal to constitutionnal court their decision simply followed the previous one based on the same stupid reasonning.
The last one who talk is the one who is right, even if we won twice at the beginning.
My son and I want to restart a new trial and want those judges to open their hart and listen the plea of a child.
Please help us and signed our petition for the sake of a child's future and happiness.
