This is basically a petition to get the go ahead to spend a portion of next years budget on a school kitten, who will be named Bambi.
If we get enough signatures, donations and case studies, I, The Head Boy, reckon we have a good chance of getting the go ahead from Mr Young - so long as we plan well enough.
