    Comments: Why are the GMC allowing these so called Health Professionals to make judgements when they would not be allowed to under an NHS contract? A mental health nurse would NEVER be allowed to give any type of judgement on a physical disability yet they can and do under Atos. Makes people wonder why the press in England dont seem interested yet Scotland managed to get Atos out of their system. I have had my medical and failed with 9 points yet won on appeal despite being medically discharged from the Army. I now have a 2nd "invitation" from Atos for the same medical so the ball starts rolling all over again, how much has been wasted on court costs for these appeals? The whole system stinks and cant possibly be saving money.

    Comments: THE MEDICAL WAS JUST A JOKE, SHE JUST IGNORED ANYTHING I SAID OR DID AND WROTE A COMPLETELY FABRICATED NONSENSE REPORT. ZERO POINTS AWARDED. HAVE APPEALED BUT IT SEEMS PRESSURE IS BEING APPLIED TO TRY AND NOBBLE THE TRIBUNAL OUTCOMES BEING FAVOURABLE. THEY HAVE TAKEN £87.50 FROM MY PAYMENTS EACH WEEK, £4550 ANNUALLY. THEY ARE NOW THREATENING TO TAKE THE OTHER £71 THEY HAVE LEFT ME UNLESS I GET A SICK NOTE FROM MY GP. THEY WILL BE TARGETING MY INDUSTRIAL INJURIES PAYMENT NEXT AND THEN START ON MY DLA PAYMENTS VIA ATOS COMEDY OF ERRORS SOFTWARE.

    Comments: INJURED IN INDUSTRIAL ACCIDENT, INVALIDITY FOR LIFE. ATTENDED ATOS GOT ZERO POINTS. HAVE APPEALED. DWP TAKEN £87.50 PER WEEK AND NOW TAKEN OTHER £71.00. MY DLA WILL BE NEXT THEN MY IA BENEFIT.

    Comments: I have been suffering from a severe back problem since a spinal fusion operation in 2001. I can neither walk, stand, or sit up straight for more than a couple of minutes without acute pain. However, the nurse who supposedly assessed me for Atos seems to think that I'll be fit for work in 18 months! Funny how after a 20 minute interview she knows more about my condition than the consultants, and doctors who have treated me, and all have said that it is highly unlikely that I will EVER be fit for work again!!! I'm now struggling to cope with the stress of preparing for a tribunal, and have been close to taking my own life on several occasions because of this. Life is tough enough when you live every moment of you life in pain, without having to deal with the imbeciles who have the power to withdraw the support that we've previously been given with a flick of a pen. I have written to both the Prime Minister and our local MP Chris Huhne, asking for interference on my behalf. So Mr Huhne has referred my case to the Secretary of State, for a review, although it's fair to say, I'm not expecting them to change their minds, as everything I've sent in so far has been ignored and referred to as 'irrelevant'! Anything I can do to help campaign against the disgusting way in which we GENUINELY disabled people are being treated, just let me know, although I'm afraid my help would be limited to making phone calls or emailing.
