A new bill is due to be legalised in Ukraine which would allow anti-gay propaganda, banning any materials which promote homosexuality in any shape or form (Brokeback Mountain or SpongeBob). This means that discrimination against homosexuals will not be punished and the minority will have no rights of their own. This bill would outlaw any single-sex affection even hand touching. 
In Ukraine, many homosexual people are physically abused, some very seriously. Those serious incidents include stabbing and broken bones.
