Reckless cycling is on the increase and some are showing the same intolerance to pedestrians as motorists do to them. Cycling on pavements, speeding around corners, risking the safety of walkers, children and animals. They think that ring the bell means out of the way. Some don't exercise any duty of care to anyone-a legal duty under civil law. Abusive when confronted and will often speed up in defiance of someone daring to ask them to slow down. No insurance or accountability. Lets stop them!
