This petition is against the Park at Hurstbourne Apartments. This petition states that I disagree with how the water and utility bills are billed. By signing below I am stating that I know that Park at Hurstbourne is overcharging for said utilities and I am demanding another method be used to calculate the utilities. This alternative method must be fair and based on the actual usage for each resident and each apartment.
