    Comments: I considered getting Vonage because at first look, they seem to offer better value than the traditional Bells did. However, the steep rates to call Africa where my family still lives was a hold back. I've been waiting to get the first VoIP service that offered competitive rates to call Africa.     Comments: I have known Masky for about two years now. I can't begin to describe the peace of mind of hanivg Masky available . I have called on Sundays, Mornings and he either picks up or gets back to me really quickly.From installing new devices, solving issues and just ensuring I am running at peak performance I trust him completely.The latest event was a virus and unable to help me over the phone he jumped in his car and was on site within an hour. It took about 2 hours for him to solve the issue.Cheers!

    Comments: our voices would go in and out. Said they could hear every other word we said. We had clnaeced our regular home phone for this! It was practially free though.. a lot of people did not want to talk to us and my husbands mother actually told us she would put us on her verizon account and we could get a cell phone just so that our family could contact us. lol If i was away from home and needed to call our house the phone did sound very funny. But it worked. lol You couldnt understand anything. I tried to talk to someone from magic jack over the phone to see what they could do about it, Maybe see if they could understand our phone coverstation see if they could hear us..lol you can only contact over computer. They worked with us over the computer trying to fix the problem but it did not work.. mabye we had a bad magic jack, maybe ours wad devective, I dont know. They never offered us a new one. I would suggest not to bother getting one. Magic Jack sounds to good to be true, and it is.
