We are sending this petition following the new international calling plans your company has recently offered to your customers calling all continents but Africa.
We, current and prospective Vonage customers who call Africa, are aware that your decision is based on profitability in regard to the amount of calls customers make to international destinations.
While we call our countries almost every day, we usually use prepaid calling cards as they offer for many of us long talking time for less.
Adding Africa to your calling plans will certainly reverse the tendency. This will be not only beneficial to your existing African customers but will also stimulate hundreds and hundreds of Africans living in the US, Canada and in the UK to sign up with Vonage.
We hope seeing in the next few days new calling plans for the millions of customers who call the African continent.
