Dear President Obama:

End the U.S. War On Drugs Now! Millions of African American males has disproportionately been put in jails and prisons or killed for drug distribution because of the previous  foreign and domestic drug policies and regulations.

That is why we're joining with African Americans Against Prohibition (AAAP), led by the families of felonies of the War on Drugs, we plead with you to take the following immediate actions:

_ Enforce Gun Control policies and regulations that will prohibit the use  of military-style assault weapons being sold in the U.S.(because many of these such guns are illegally given to young potential felonies in urban African American neighborhoods; ushering in street drug wars between gangs that has killed thousands of young African American men);

- Legalize and regulate street-level drugs by putting the sell of such drugs under the authority of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) thus, ending street gangs’ distributions and street gang wars in U.S. cities;

- Issue a Presidential decree of felony amnesty for those who are or have been incarcerated for drug distribution in our cities; reduce their sentencing and promote legislature that will help them re-enter society as first-class citizens;

- Use tax revenue from such sales for social programs, community development, and economic empowerment.
