Affordable care act is a bill that reguires every American to have access to health insurance. on march 23, 2010 president Barrack obama signed this affordable care act. the law puts in place comprehensive health insurance reforms that will roll out over four years and beyond with most changes taking place by 2014 and others already begun. Right that this point in time the republicans and Obama's administration are in court dispuding that the afffordable care act is unconstitional and parts of the bill are not right and parts of the affordable healthcare act is where every American citizen is required by law to have health insurance. Most college students do not have heatlh insurance and need it but can not afford to pay for it because of outrages health planes.
