Dear Sirs:
It is with regret that I write seeking assistance to resolve what I
perceive to be harassing and aggressive News reporting by News 6 in Orlando, Fl.
News 6 reporter, Tony Pepitone, began requesting information and an
interview to address allegations of misconduct and fraudulent conduct about a
month ago. After addressing in detail all of his questions and providing him
with a letter substantiating that we were cleared of all allegations by your
office, he continued to misconstrue and misrepresent his audience with partial
truths that perpetuated myself and my faith based organization as a “scam”.
I believe that his actions have been directed at us because we are a
multicultural and multifaceted congregation and -he has little to no respect
for the faith precepts that we hold dear to. My congregation and my reputation
have been severely, harmed as a result of this reckless type of journalism. I
am willing to work with your office to bring an amicable resolution to this
matter. I have attached a list of petitioners who stand in support of the
integrity of this organization and who also request your assistance.

Regardless of the efforts we made to provide what we
believe to be honest and forthright answers to his inquiries he has continued
to pursue destroying my reputation and hurting the innocent people who believe
and have confidence in our efforts. I believe that his actions have been
directed at us because we are a multicultural and multifaceted congregation and
he has lithe to no respect for the faith precepts that we hold dear to. My
congregation and my reputation have been severely harmed as a result of this
reckless type of journalism.
I would appreciate any assistance you can provide to
resolve this matter. I look forward to hearing from you in the
