The Respondent has initially induced to the complainant to apply before the Tehsildar for partition and allotment of their ancestral land. The Respondent has applied before the authority to allot the ancestral land to the complainant and accordingly she has remain present before the Authority to produce the documents and to obtain order to that effect.
