All tentative G rated films under standards dictated by the FCC should undergo reformation concerning sex-related themes that are currently apparent in G rated films. Explicitly what should be reconsidered for the new creation of film standards is: I. The use of sexual lyrics within songs used in the film score II. Apparent sexual innuendo displayed by characters within the film III. Sexually explicit clothing worn by characters IV. Sexual nuances between characters *(this does not include romantic nuances that specifically avoid an unnecessarily hyper-sexual impression. V. References to drug and alcohol use via character, songs included in film score, etc. The intent of this possible reconsideration of film content is to assure that Youth are not introduced to mature content at inappropriate ages. It is evident in the recent years of films released that film content has not taken enough consideration into monitoring this subject matter. *Some songs released in G rated films in recent years have included references to alcohol, sexual encounters, and have introduced youthful audiences to musical artists who frequently advertise adult content in their work. *Some films directed toward youthful audiences in recent years have advertised their characters wearing sexually adverse clothing and displaying sexually overt appearances in general. If young audiences are wrongly exposed to overly mature content via entertainment, young audiences will not be able to comprehend mature subject matter in a healthy fashion. *Continuing with this petition will be more concrete examples of cases wherein such mature content was wrongly displayed.
