Hello, My name is Wanshunntal Wineglass; so of you know me as Wan Wineglass. I ma writing this petition, becasue in January of 2009. I was approached as being a safety resource for Santana J. Franks. At this time Santana was only three days old. I spoke with my son, Marquise Wineglass, who was only 11 years old at the time. I have known the father of the child for more than 10 years. The mother Mayghan Milagro Franks was/is unable to take care of the child. She has mental disabilities and the child was determined to not be in a safe and produvtive environmen. Due to some circumstances with the father; he was/isn't able to care for the child as well. We have been to court and I was awarded temporary custody of Santana J. Franks. Here we are 3 years later and he is still in my care.family love this child so much. He is a joy to all who have him in their lives. I am tired of being the guardian; although I know I am mommy to him. I look at him as my own and care for as such also. I provide all financial, mental, and emotional stability to Santana J. Franks. I have been ready to adopt. I have been tryinh to get help; but to my surprise I've been given the run around. So, I am writing this petition to adopt Santana J. Franks.
