It is separated by grade and topic. I tried 4 different eleatnemry topics. 2 were web sights to visit. The one I liked was a interactive math dictionary by Jenny Eather. The lesson I watch prepared by Sal was on adding decimals. This should be a 4th grade lesson. Sal vocabulary was 12th grade. Randomly augment the number may not be in the working vocabulary of your average 10 year old. A few of the other things I tried to look at didn't open.Perhaps this would be a great sight for middle or high school as there were many more options and some were even rated by viewers.a0Flag

Also, if you qualify they will provided $500 for a seminar in state and $750 for an out of state seminar. I got the impression it was not need based, but first come first served. There are some requirements for joining: US Citizen or permanent resident, complete FAFSA and be enrolled at Texas A & M in a graduate program. a0You must meet one of the following: a0first generation college student or have a financial need or have an academic need (GPA below 3.0)Flag

I pull a lot of middle school math activites from this website to engage them and begin my lessons. I try not to bombard them with worksheets, but you can also get those from this site. They are free but if you want full access you would have to pay 35 (est.) dollars for the year.Flag
