Valve, the cooldown system in Counter-Strike: Global Offensive is broken.

This isn't whining that the cooldowns are too harsh, or that cooldowns/bans should be removed from anybody.

So many people have been given false cooldowns through no fault of their own, the worst of which are the 7 day cooldowns. The cooldown system is in place to stop people from abusing being AFK, team killing, and just trolling in general, but it goes too far when someone is given a 24 hour or worse yet 7 day ban for something they have no control over, like being kicked by a team of 4, or being unable to rejoin a match because steam wont allow it, or when people purposely do everything they can to get you a cooldown. The worst part is that people can still go out of their way to kill and troll you and not get punished, even sith this harmfully oppressive cooldown system. You shouldn't be worried about getting a cooldown for kicking a genuine troll in a game when they should be the ones getting punished. It adds insult to injury that you have to pay for the game, but not able to play it due to the excessive cooldowns. We can understand it helps the community stay positive and we can understand the 'better safe than sorry' standpoint but not when we, the customer, pay for it in more ways than one.

Dont remove, bans, don't remove cooldowns, and don't make it worse. Asses the situation and assure us that we won't be punished for playing your game. Thats it.
