Name: Corey Jones on Dec 26, 2006Comments: The core work of my business is keeping these wonderful vehicles on the road and it is being made increasingly difficult for those owners who wish to keep their cars "as they left the factory". Without the parts being made available it is a fruitless task.Flag

It's a sad state of affairs when a monster company such as VAG pretty much discontinue parts after ten or fifteen years. Vorsprung Durch Notavailable.Flag

Name: RAJAH SINGH on Dec 26, 2006Comments: i have run audis all my life i was planning buying a new a4 tdi quattro avant but unlike car reps i keep my my car till it will not run anymore but whats the point in doing what i do when you stop supplying parts for cars after a certain age my cherished s2 which is as good as the day it left the factory only gets used in the summer months but i find some parts are no longer available fortunately i dont requires these parts at the moment but one day i will what do i do then I really find it disgraceful that audi seem to forget where models like UR Quattros and Five cylinder audis put audi where they are nowFlag

Name: Ian Leese on Dec 26, 2006Comments: Audi are always happy to use old footage of the URquattro and models like the type44 V8 in their television adverts but not so happy to support the current owners of these groundbreaking vehicles by ensuring that parts are still available to keep them going. Wake up to your heritage Audi!! Do you not realise that ceasing parts for a 10 year old car will have a knock on effect on residual prices for used Audis and therefore a lack of confidence for potential new Audi ownersFlag

Name: David Corbin on Dec 26, 2006Comments: Come on Audi, stop rolling out a URQ when you want to remind people what made you as a company, a brand and as an innovator and invest some energy supporting those people who strive to keep them on the road and in the condition that they should be. We are your biggest evangelists and many of us have modern Audi cars on our driveways too, failure to support the older models would certainly dilute my affinity and respect in the future and also propensity to purchase another Audi. Step up, show the commitment your owners do and reap the rewards of a fantastic breadth and depth of 4 rings on the worlds roads!Flag

Name: Amanda on Dec 26, 2006Comments: As an Ur and other 3 car Audi owner I am totally dismayed at the lack of support for the older Audi. It's fine for Audi Uk to bring their pristine Ur quattros out when they want to promote a new car but owners are not in the same position as Audi having unlimited support/tooling . We need support and parts now if these cars are going to survive.Flag

Name: Paul Nugent on Dec 26, 2006Comments: Audi needs to sort this out... These older cars are what brought Audi to where it is today. There are many owners clubs and internet enthusiasts for vehicles like the UR and the S-Class models and Audi is not looking after these enthusiatic owners who are passionate about their trusted old Audis. These old cars will just fade away and die if Audi does not do something to keep them on the road. Audi enthusiasts want to drive these old cars - not look at them in a museum.Flag
