Name: Philip Birch on Dec 24, 2006Comments: I think the heading says it all Yet you dismiss the ur quattro (which made Audi what you are) whether you chose to beileve it or not. All we want is headlights and bits of trim and even stupid clips, why oh why can we not keep the legends alive I own a mint type 81 (which are getting cult status in germany) and a type 85 quattro aswell as a 96 A6 tdi So my heart lies with Audi, but if it gets to a point were i cant get bits i wont make the same mistake again i will simply switch to BMW. Why not let people make certain parts under licence and in limited numbers that way you can please everone Type 81 lamps and bumpers first please :) Thankyou for your time Regards Philip BirchFlag

Name: Dan Brereton on Dec 24, 2006Comments: In my humble opinion, the ur quattro particularly is one of the most significant cars in motoring history and clearly advanced the direction of World Rallying forever. Audi should recognise this fact in supporting the caring owners of these magnificent cars, by continuing to manufacture the necessary parts or by licensing other approved 3rd parties, to do so.Flag

Name: Anonymous on Dec 24, 2006Comments: it is imperitive that Audi starts supporting its older models more thoroughly. Quite apart from the heritage aspect.....It hsa made me think twice about buying a new RS4 if certain critical body or trim or engine parts will be made obselete 5 years or so after the models produciton is ended. ok audi, profits and costs are important, but so is maintaining a valid parts supply. VITAL TO YOUR FUTURE!Flag

Name: Sean Cole on Dec 24, 2006Comments: My family owns Many audi's and we love them. It has become harder in recent years as they age and wear to keep them in road worthy condition. Our pride and joy of the collection is a US spec 83 UR Quattro. This is the car that changed both my dad's and my life. One ride in the old ralley car has lead to a live of Audi's and our firm believe they are one of the best cars ever made. Please Ease the Pain of having to have custom parts made and many hours on the net looking high and low for parts.Flag

Name: Derrik Cole on Dec 25, 2006Comments: I own 3 coupe quattros, 2 200 turbo quattro 20v's, 4 coupe gt's, and soon a 1970's fox, and this is really disturbing that some parts for the coupes are being discontinued, because that makes things real bitchy to get.Flag

Name: Jeff Schoff on Dec 25, 2006Comments: I have owned a 2001 Audi S4 for 1.5 years now and since have had to replace turbochargers and the engine block along with a long list of other things. The amount of maintenance I've had to do since I've owned it has cost me a large sum of money and I can only imagine how much more it would have cost me if the parts had stopped being produced. I have many friends who strictly drive older Audi's like the only '85 5000's and '87's and I hear of their struggle to find parts all the time.Flag
