We the undersigned demand that both political parties and their candidates address the real estate foreclosure crisis that has led to the downward spiral in real estate values which continues to drain the Americans and the American economy of trillions of dollars in both value and home equity. It has also led to a shrinking tax base which funds local, state and the federal governments.
