To alleviate a mismanagement of the community funds, current board has decided to increase the monthly fees by a maximum 20% and plans to do the same next year.
A growing number in the community does not like the way this board is allotting our community funds and generally conducting community affairs.
There are experienced members of the community who are ready to take over and we intend to petition the board at the next monthly meeting.
