Child support is meant for the children not the custodial parent (mom/dad) for their own selfish needs. It's funny how the child gets left by the wayside because of their parent(s) selfish needs. For a child to truly succeed is to hold both parents accountable not just one. It takes two to bring children in this world, raise, and support. So why not hold both accountable. (Punish one and applaud the one that is doing wrong by their child?). It is a well know fact that for decades a child's worth is the price tag that a person can capitalize on. The child and non-custodial suffers the most. Stand up for these humans and do what's right. See that both parents are held accountable (receipts). What's so hard about that?
