SUPPORTERS OF The Establishment of a Greenville County Youth Commission and the ACCESS Facility By signing this petition you are in support of the Greenville Youth Cross Cultural Leadership Council in the establishment of a Youth Commission which will give youth a greater voice throughout Greenville County that will address the issues, needs and challenges that youth are faced with. The petition also supports the development of the ACCESS facility which offers education, entertainment and the cultural enhancement of youth ages 14 to 19 .
