These regulations have caused severe hardships for patients and parents of children suffering catastrophic illnesses. Most if not all of these patients are dealing with compromised immune systems. Just as it is a right to obtain use of medical marijuana on their own accord via the Medical Marijuana Red Card System in Colorado, and the right to grow 6 plants for medicinal use, it should also be the right of the patient to understand completely and have peace of mind what is in the medicine they are consuming and the correct dosing ratios for their medical conditions. Our families deserve freedom not regulation on the only options that may be bringing relief for an already devastating situation.
