Keep DeFilippis and Weir on Academy X

Nunzio DeFilippis and Christina Weir, writers of New X-Men: Academy X, have been removed from the creative team, allegedly because of a slip in sales. This title has been one of the top sellers since its inception. The lack of a lasting penciller and the awkward title must be taken into consideration. Fans agree that the book has not been marketed well, being placed on the back burner while characters from stagnant, delayed titles (e.g. X-23 from NYX) have been pushed into the spotlight. We are aware of big plans Nunzio and Christina have for the book and its characters, many of whom were created by them, and it is grossly unfair to the writers and to us to force them off the book so prematurely. We request that you reverse the decision and keep Nunzio and Christina on Academy X where they belong, and where they want to be.
