   Comments: Cornell could really be a leader in offering this course, nay, in offering degree programs in Plant-Based Nutrition. The time will come when a significant percentage of the population have interest in doing this. We are now at the turning point, with Oprah trying a vegan diet for a week. Things are changing.     Comments: I urge the Conrell Administration to reverse the decision to withhold the opportunity to study Vegetarian Nutrition formerly known as NS200 at Cornell University, a school know for offering instruction in any area of study. It should never have been removed, and certainly not without explanation.

    Comments: I hope we've come a long way since 2005. Even state sponsored ads, including billboards and radio and TV commercials promoting breast feeding mention the link between feeding cow's milk to infants and diabetes, The health of our nation--and our plant--would be greatly improved if we all became vegans--or at least, vegetarians. Please be a promoter of good health and ecology for the planet by bringing back the course on Vegetarian Nutrition. Do it--stand up go against the big money dairy and meat industries! You know eventually, we will ALL be VEGANS, so lead the way--don't follow!!!

    Comments: The process by which this course was eliminated smells fishy. If there are legitimate scientific objections that can be made to what Prof. Campbell is teaching that should be raised instead of creating the impression that a decision-maker with a clear conflict of interest eliminated the course without any due process or scientific basis. Cornell University depends on grants from the industry, but this should not be used as an argument to suppress the teaching of information which has the demonstrated potential to save human lives.

    Comments: Please reinstate T. Colin Campbell as course instructor for NS200 - Vegetarian Nutrition. If there was a conflict, I am sure intelligent people could discuss the matter and make the changes necessary to keep this course on the schedule to be found in an institution where any person can find instruction in any study. Please reverse the Cornell Administration's decision, which is so clearly a violation of academic freedom and is behavior which falls far below the standard one would expect from an institution such as Cornell. Thank you for considering that there are other sources of nutrition and the students who wish to attend Cornell also wish to find that information and to decide for themselves what food/nutrition choices they want to make.
