Comments: My body responded in a very positive way since giving up most meat and dairy and switching to a plant based diet. My Cholesterol went from 224 to 179 without medication. Thank God for men like T. Colin Campbell, Dr. Neal Barnard, Dr. Caldwell Esselstyn, Dr. Herbert Shelton, John Robbins and many more like them.

Comments: Plant based nutrition has been such a blessing in our lives. It is helping me presently with reversing arthritis in my knees. Please include the course at the university to help everyone in the USA and the world be exposed to the 100 years of research on the subject and put our country back on course with health care reform at this elementary level. Sincerely, Penni Ewing
