It works well on the Massachusetts Turnpike (I don't live there) I pay for service that I may or may not get,,depending on their needs not mine. They have not answered my planet feedback letter/

    Comments: It is totally beyond my comprehension how a company that offers such quality handsets, can be so absolutely bothed up when it comes to customer service. No one department seems to take any responsibility for a problem, usually one of At&Ts errors, and after wasting one hour on average, 10 minute waits, then only to be disconnected and then being handed off from on department to the other. Let's get compensation for their negligence, before they implode.

    Comments: I signed up with two phones under their $ 99.00 plan 10 months ago. Wife's phone is marginal.....mine never worked in the areas I was in and more importantly never worked at home. Service got worse as time went on. I canceled the contract for my phone only and now battling with rude people who insist on me paying the $ 175.00 cancelation fee. I have told them they are in breach of the contract as their service deteriated progressively. Who could I contact for help and resolution as I wont stand for this on my credit record.     Comments: After reading all the hype about AT&T GSM, I decided to make a switch after my old AT&T/Nokia phone needed to be replaced. My service price increased by $10/mo (to $90/mo) and service went from fair to horrible. In most areas, I cannot get any service. AT&T admits that they have "problems in LA" and recommended that I buy a new switchable phone from them. I have no intention of spending more money on crappy service!! I think they need to be sued for false advertising, non-delivery of services and false-billing. Meanwhile, I'm trying to find a way out of my contract. Thanks.

    Comments: I was charged $450 for calls that should have been covered by my plan. They offered to give me a $20 credit, which was ridiculous. I canceled my automatic credit card billing, sent them a good faith payment for my customary monthly charges. I was told tthat if I did this I could negotiate with receivables management regarding the amount I owed, and in the worst case, make alternate payment arrangements. Instead, they charged my credit card for more than the amount due on my account. I am appalled. Thankfully they don't have access to my checking account. They are dishonest thieves, and I am disgusted. I have been a customer for over 4 years, and this is the thanks I get. Amazing!

    Comments: I have had the worst customer experience since signing up with AT&T Wireless GSM Service. The service is not at all representative on what I was told in the sales pitch. The service is sporadic at best, connectivity is a severe issue and the employees of AT&T have a different story each time you call into Customer Service, Warranty or the *611 line. The supervisors do not have any additional information and no one notates on the record book details of your call. I have gotten at least three different stories in forty-five minutes and was told that I could not speak with a supervisor. AT&T needs to admit their fault and false advertising.

    Comments: ATT Fraud department suspended my account on fraud charges because their lame system could not verify my SSN two days AFTER they sold it to me. Of course after I faxed them several personal documents, they "graciously" reactivated it. I was rudely treated and with them, you are guilty until proven innocent.

    Comments: We moved the Lake Havasu City AZ from No.San Diego county Ca.I have a year left and when we signed up AT+T coverage map showed Havasu was part of the coverage,now its not.We want out of our contract.They could not even tell us if we were roaming!!!Was told to wait for the bill,Well guess what!! A couple of Hunderd dollars worth of roaming charge's.I still have the sale's map showing Havasu Being covered at time of signing contract and now thay are saying it's not.We are NOT happy. I'm calling FCC @ 1-888-225-5322
