Education isn’t like it was decades ago. Today’s students are subject to today’s unionized educators. Have you ever heard a non-union worker use the phrase “I don’t belong to a union, I work for a living”? With today’s educators, this is so true its ridiculous. A good part of today’s educators are whiney clock watchers that won’t do anymore work than they have to. Their hearts aren’t in the job, and big time slackers or ‘Problem Staff Members’ are difficult to terminate, because they go crying to their union for protection. Wisconsin needs to abolish unions in the educational industry so that school districts in Wisconsin can have more control over the quality of their employee’s, and each individual school district’s budget. This will get rid of clock watching payroll cancers; staff members with troubled files, and let our schools have better control over payroll budgets in all Wisconsin school districts. School districts are forgetting one very important thing now days. They are in business for the benefit of the students. School districts are supposed to be all about the students. We don’t need educators who come to work just to soak up a check, and watch the clock waiting to go home every day. Wisconsin has a metropolitan school district that is in financial ruins for the things mentioned above. Those students are the ones suffering the repercussions of these concerns. Many are being graduated from high school, and they can’t even speak proper English and grammar. We need to take control of these matters by abolishing unions in the educational industry.
