PA is a state that demands wearing of fishing license on the outside. It is time this be abolished, I know of no other state that states this to be done. If you're doing nothing illegal there is no reason a warden needs to pull you over. The PA fish commission says they can keep an eye on fisherman with binoculars. They have changed the law to not wear PA hunting license on your back. It is time the PA Fish Commission gets into the 21st century. Please sign the petition to abolish this law.
