Help Abney Elementary's School Traffic Problem!

The petition

As a resident of Paulding County and a parent of a child that attends WC Abney Elementary school, I demand that something be done to help with the school traffic at drop-off and pick-up times (approximately 7:30-8:00AM and 2:15-2:45PM).
