   Comments: 1. Please ask for a Manager that can listen objectively and make logical judgment.  In other words, only owners pay for their lost pets when picked up and not innocent people trying to help the city catch stray dogs.   My old dog escaped from my backyard.  We gladly paid the city pound several days later when they caught him. 2. I would rather have people dump their unwanted dogs at the city pound than on the streets to run loose.  I live on River Oaks Circle.  Many dogs get trapped running our circle for days.  We have even been growled at by these lost dogs, meaning without a collar.  Please make a place for people to dump there dogs off rather than roaming the city.

   Comments: I can't believe something like this would happen to someone trying to help. More proof the best and the brightest do NOT work for the government and it sounds like this employees are stealing gas, etc... from the citizens of Abilene. I for one will take your lesson to heart and will just move along. The employees if the citizens of Abilene can not be trusted.
