Comments: African American Slave burial grounds are a national treasure. They should remain preserved and untouched for future generations to appreciate and learn from. Native wildlife and plant species are also precious treasures that can never be replaced once they become extinct. Thank You, Frank Scandaglia DVM

Comments: It would seem appropriate for the developers to consider that noise pollution has a significant impact on the quality of life. There currently exists a steel open-grid deck bridge on Rt. 516 that goes over Lake Lefforts. The bridge creates a good deal of noise with the traffic as it is now. Increased traffic in the area, especially truck/construction traffic would likely be found to be intolerable by those that reside near the lake. Please consider a noise abatement procedure.

Comments: My main concern is the additional children this development(s) will bring into the MARSD School District, and possibly have no taxable income to offset it because the PILOT program may be used.

Comments: The few remaining open spaces in New Jersey should remain as open space for residents. This site should be preserved for its wetlands and historic value (slave burial grounds).

Comments: The townships have been putting the value of money (eg. desired property taxes) over the quality of life, and it is time to STOP THIS MADNESS! Stop development while you still have a halfway decent place to live!
