Comments: We need to keep the land open. There is too much traffic and congestion now on Rt. 516 and the surrounding area. I work 2 miles from home (off of Miriam Drive) off Rt. 516 and it takes me over 15 minutes to get to work in the morning now. There must be a stop to this. We don't have any more room for people to go. I am against them doing any more building in this area and support the No Aberdeen Forge completely.

Comments: I am very much opposed to the development of land that has already been set aside for protection in our Green Acres Inventory.Because of the scarcity of developable land in NJ politicians statewide are attacking our Green Acres/Open Space lands. They see it as "free" land. Political deals are being made between developers and politicians. We need to keep and protect what has been preserved.

Comments: Why isn't this land being preserved as open space Township governments are jumping on the age-restricted development bandwagon in their rush to attract "ratables" with no real planning for communities as a whole, and as if senior residents won't have needs and costs to meet. It's unfortunate that this development is due to court order - it makes it harder to stop. What about good conservation design Cluster the housing in an imaginative way and preserve the balance of the parcel

Comments: I grew up just down the road. My parents still live there. I was there about 20 years ago when they wanted to build the Mt. Laurel project and I said no!!! Again, to the Aberdeen Forge, I say NO!!!

Comments: I'm the Conservation Director for the Sierra Club's NJ Chapter. I applaud the good work of "Citizens Against Aberdeen Forge," and encourage them to continue the good fight. Here is a prime example of the unfortunately all too many sprawl developments endangering NJ's quality of life.

Comments: I am President of Concerned Citizens of Middletown and I applaud what you are doing and wish you much success! Fighting for what you believe in is what our great country was founded on!I grew up in Aberdeen, the "D" section, and have seen the amount of development going on in the past 12 years since I married. It has to be stopped or Monmouth County will be another New York City! Keep up the good fight!
