| 655 | Thomas Jones | I'm 52 this August 2007, when I was a young boy my Grandfather taught me that the best place to fish is after a prospector has moved all the rocks in a creek. This has always held true. Why don't folks use a bit of common sence in there decision making process??? Floods and heavy rains muck up good fishing spot, till Nature washes it all away, that takes years, if it can be done then. |
| 656 | George Watrous | Common sense as well as a sense of fairness requires this flawed bill to be vetoed. This is a choice of right and wrong. AB 1032 is wrong and an attempt by two special interest groups to remove a third group from its national right to recreate and/or use various streams and rivers for their hobbies and professions.Govenor, This bill must be vetoed by midnight tonight. Get'R'Done. |

| 660 | Tom | This is an obsurd Bill, who ever thought of this needs to go dredging for them selves and see that it has no impact on the environment. |

| 669 | Linda Connolly | All the studies should be reviewed by an independant prior to any legislation being passed. And they should then be displayed for everyone to read. Then the public should be the ones to decide, based on all the information being displayed. Anyone that is discovered held back pertinent information should be heavily fined. I do not trust that Fish and Game would likely carefully exclude things that could go against their views. If this goes through down in the states with this limited information and lack of the private sectors input, then it will eventually end up being followed in Canada. Canadians should stand up and protest through this petition and back our fellow prospectors in the states. Strength in numbers. Lets put a stop to unproven information being used to change laws. If a private person wants something changed it takes 10 to 20 years. If a government dept wants something changed (which is usually more to justify and retain employment and feel powerful) Then it is just slid through as quietly as possible without giving the private sector a free resource to fight it.
