Yvonne HelwigIf our provincial government won't respect a decision of the Supreme Court of Canada, what kind of a country do we have?
David BoydI am distressed to find that any property can be staked and mined under the archaic laws of Ontario.
Katrin Leblond
Gerald Murphy
bernard j murphyplease uphold the supreme government's voice, or else why should i bother to...
Peter JellemaWho will have to pay for the clean up after the private company leaves? Mr. Dalton McGuinty I do not want my fellow Ontarians tax dollars going to clean up a greedy corporations mess. I would much rather leave the land as it is and return it to the Indigenous population that is currently in Land Claims process. Perhaps you should study what happened at Pine Ridge reservation in the 1970's. (gov't sponsored goon squads...Murders...illegal extradition of Canadian citizen to face manufactured evidence in american court and all for you guessed it Uranium)

Deanna FordI support their protection of the land. Uranium should remain underground. It is not safe from start to finish. Do not try to fool us otherwise.
Gillian L. McGeorgeI would like to see our government live up to their agreements and restore our faith in the system. If one Government makes a deal, then all post government s should honor it. As a Canadian citizen I would like this all to final be put to rest, fairly, peacefully and honourabley. It is astonishing to see a Lawyer bill $25 millon in regards to resential school fiasco and Aboriginals walk away with as littile as 10,000 for their pain and suffering. I would like to know which Government I can stand behind with pride and hope for my childrens future.

mark beacheyI watched my friend who was gunned down at Ipperwash Provincial Park by the O.P.P. standing up for what was right and what he believed in. Will history again repeat itself? When will government start to really listen?

bert horwoodbasic justice requires complete revamping of the Ontario Mining Act plus full recognition of the Algonquin lands.
AnonymousThank you for considering this honourable resolution to thw current rhreat to the health and welfare of the Ardoch Algonquin First Nation, and their many environmentally concerned friends and neighbours.
Dr. Dwyer SullivanThe Supreme Court demands consulotations with First Nations before resource extraction, how can you let the Ontario Court issue an injuuction without consultation.l the First Nations need to be treated justly and fairly. Take action, please
Lynn YorkIn this case, as in others, you need to represent the best interests of everyone, protecting the rights of minorities, and certainly uphold environmentally responsible position.

Coral SprouleI wish that the premier would respond to our concerns, this is not something to be left unaswered. Stop being such a coward, and do something to protect the communities in the province that you govern. As a concerned citizen, and organic farmer trying to feed our people, I demand a response from Dalton McGuinty.

Pierre BrascoupeI am against uranium mining, everywhere.
Helen LiscombeMr. McGinty, We learned from the Ipperwash Inquiry that it was wrong for a Government to kill a native protestor. So now your Government is putting them in jail!!
Krestena Sullivan
Robert HanesThe only crimminals in this issue are the mysterious mining companies and their sucklings in the Ontario government and justice system.
