4 Robin ComolliMr. McGuinty, Expediency in attention to this matter may help in restoring the citizens faith in this Government!
5 Nicola BangerThe actions of the government of Ontario and by Justice Cunningham make me sick. It's not too late to step up and admit you were wrong, and start making improvements. The public will not allow the injustice to continue.

34 Michelle LandryPremier McGuinty, please act in good faith. The Ardoch Algonquin have been honourable in their negotiations and peaceful in their protests. I join them in asking you to intervene for a respectful resolution to this conflictual situation in which the duty to consult within First Nations was neglected once again. You have the power to intervene in an honourable manner NOW.

40 Darlene BuckinghamIt is a travesty that Robert Lovelace has been sentenced to jail for protecting the safety of our air, land and water. He and the Algonquin tribe are telling you that you are posioning our land, air and water. There is no safe way to mine uranium. It is a dangerous, radioactive and chemically toxic material. There is no safe way to store spent nuclear fuel and nuclear waste. The cost for nuclear energy is BILLLIONS AND BILLIONS of the taxpayers money that would be better spent on true sustainable clean and green energies. It is time that the money went back to the communities that are interested in finding clean energy solutions to perserve the beauty and health of their communities. Solar, wind, geothermal are but a few ways to power the Province. Together we can find a way and change to true green energy. To jail a First Nations person for protecting our health and safety and for speaking the truth about the dangerous impact of uranium and uranium mining to the environment and ourselves is a travesty and a sad day for the Canadian people. Free Mr. Lovelace immediately and declare a moratorium on uranium mining. It is the only human and responsible thing to do to protect the health and safety of the people of Ontario. 41 AnonymousFree Bob Lovelace - what you and your government is doing is illegal! We are citizens of Ontario and Canada and supporters of the Ardoch Algonquin First Nation. On January 11, 2008, The Ardoch Algonquin First Nation sent you a letter outlining again their position and their sound reasons for that position. To date, they have had no response from you. I am signing this petition in hoping that you will take the right action and respond accordingly to the demands being made by the Ardoch Algonquin First Nation. Stop this brutality - and remember, our spirits will not be broken. We are petitioning you to respond immediately and favourably to the position presented by the Ardoch Algonquin. Some important points from that letter are presented below:
