I was looking at the road again today and it just feels so impossible that nothing has changed yet even though I keep hearing from so many of you who remember exactly how dangerous that stretch is. Please keep telling me about the near misses you have seen because I am going to print every single story out to show them that this is not just about one day but about keeping everyone safe every single time they cross.

A hundred people signed this and honestly I did not think that would happen so fast. It feels like such a long road ahead but knowing there are others thinking about Katie makes the weight a little easier to carry.

About time. That stretch of road is a death trap. Glad someone is finally pushing for this.
Heartbreaking accident. That road is a total nightmare to cross. Something needs to be done before another life is lost.
Lived near the A580 my whole life and its always been dangerous. Way too many cars speeding through there. Build the bridge already!
My thoughts are with the family. A bridge is the bare minimum the council can provide to keep kids safe.
So scary crossing that road. Even as an adult I hate it. Really hope this gets sorted for Katie.

ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS that this road hasnt been fixed yet. How many more people have to die?? fix it now.
