There is a need for a proper "Independant Clearning House Foundation" to function as a conduit for "Bill Gates Intentioned People" to make a difference with our homes, property and buildings once we pass on from life to be owned by "A Worth While Property Foundation" and be administered by City Governments as needed. With tight budgets the Goal is to have a donated home across the street from every public school for extended school class rooms during the day and for after school homework and recreation programs after school hosted by the school districts and ,in fact, could provide for Emergency Preparedness Housing for torinado, fire, and earthquake family victims.
