I am a Floridian resident and I believe that there should be a week of free spaying/neutering. My family is poor and I own a cat I wish to spay, but the price is too expensive. I under stand there must be more people in U.S. who feel the same, so please help out!

There are too many animals and people may not wish to breed their animals, but cannot afford the spay or neutering. Please sign for a week of free spay and neutering!
