We, the people of California, being American Citizens, being loyal to the American Republic, being loyal to the Constitution thereof, and living now under despotism, do send forth the following petition and plea, praying that it will be received and that it's Requests be granted by the order of the United States Congress: Whereby multiple law enforcement agents of the State of California, did execute without trial Christopher Dorner, denying to him his rights under the fourth, fifth, 9th, and other amendments to the United States Constitution, Whereby the Supreme Court has Stricken down much language in laws relating to firearms ownership on Constitutional grounds in this State, including an "assault weapons" ban that included virtually all semi-automatic rifles, due to vagueness of law, Whereby the State Legislature has sent to the Governor to be signed into law a ban even more restrictive than that already ruled Unconstitutional, in clear defiance of the rule of law, Whereby many citizens who are allowed to bear arms under federal law are denied this right without due process under California State law, Whereby many citizens are denied the right to a fair trial, and our police routinely perform warrantless searches and raids for all manner of charge, Whereby our prisons in various counties have been found to be in violation of federal standards, and supervised by federal order, Whereby when several prisoners did engage in a hunger strike calling for humane treatment and an end to procedures illegal under international law, Our State courts did rule that they had no right to control what food was or was not put in their own bodies, rather than address their demands to have their rights respected, Whereby the Second Amendment to the United States Constitution does recognize a right to bear arms which stems not from it's own authority but one higher, and does exist to enable the tools of rebellion against tyranny, We do humbly submit this, as a peaceful prayer, seeking always the rule of Law, and ask the following: 1. That the Congress of the United States does recognize that the government of the State of California is in an unlawful state of Rebellion against the United States Government, denying to it's citizens their rights under the United States Constitution 2. That the Congress of the United States does call up the militia, both organized and unorganized, to put down this rebellion and institute a new State government which shall recognize our rights to bear arms, to a speedy and public trial, to be tried by jury when brought before a court upon any charge, and to all other rights protected by the United States Constitution.
