Writ for justice

Your Excellency,

I, Athar N. Rana, swear under oath upon everything dear to me including God and my family that I am innocent. I spent 23 years in going to school and practiced for 23 years and I took care of 45,000 patients in West Texas. I would not waste 46 years of labor for a few thousand dollars.

The FBI accused me of writing a threatening letter to his Excellency, President George Bush Sr., which was a blatant lie (document attached).

It took them seven months to drum up the charges of fraud. (They didn’t have a case against me so said Steve French, FBI agent in Midland Texas). I was refused bail and thus denied a fair trial.


The amounts they claimed I stole fraudulently in five long years with 19 employees was less than what my office billed in one day on some occasions (document attached).

There was no evidence of any x-ray done on any patient, no dates, no names, no billing and no payment whatsoever. Yet hearsay from a gruntled ex employee was entertained.

Few clerical errors were far, far less than the accepted norms by Medicare/Medicaid and other insurance companies. There was one error in one given year hardly a fraudulent activity.

Prosecuto presented fabricated spreadsheets in the court and accepted to have done that by mistake.

Most of all I was not even in the United States of America for part of the period implicated (document attached).

Your honor, this is not justice. What I went through and am going through is hell. You should be furious at the least and issue an executive order, to investigate this injustice before I die and set me free. So help you God.
