A meeting of member-owners to investigate and discuss the election of board of directors before and after the annual meeting ending on October 27, 2011. Items to be discussed: 1.The member-owner dispute of October 27, 2011 about the election and the ballot error; 2. The Board of Directors of the Co-op to outline their specific roles in the election process, including the roles of the employees; who assigned specific roles and duties to employees? 3. When, why and how many ballots destroyed and for what reason before anyone including the candidates informed about the outcome of the election; And who directed ballots discarded? 4. If a nominating committee appointed, when? And who was appointed chair? And how were member owners invited to participate in the nomination? 5. Whether the best interests of the Co-op served in how the Board of directors handled the election from beginning to the election of new directors, including addressing the dispute satisfactorily including any of the remedies proposed. 6. Whether termination of Board of directors most responsible for what had happened be terminated following the by-laws by either "(iii) by action at a meeting of member owners whenever the best interests of the Co-op would thereby be served; and (iv) for cause by members-owners or by the Board provided that the accused director is accorded the opportunity to respond to the charges in person or writing.
