Charcutier Ltd is a small charcuterie company in West Wales. At the moment it's just me, Illtud Llyr Dunsford, with an ever patient partner Liesel helping out when needed. I've got a crazy vision to convert our disused former milking parlour on the farm into a new processing space. At the moment we produce traditionally cured British style bacons, a French ventréche and an Italian regional styled cooking pancetta. We also make traditional recipe British bangers that are both preservative and gluten free. Ou pork is either home-reared speciality Mangalitza or sourced from a co-operative of Pedigree Welsh Pig suppliers on the Gower peninsula. So why set up a petition? Well, in order to convert the outbuilding we need grant funding. Usually as part of the grant application there'd be letters from wholesale and retail customers, but as we only sell direct to our customers we need your support!
