We, the people, of Colbert County and other surrounding areas, would like to petition the court on behalf of Tina Berryman for the right to have unsupervised visitation with her children. We feel that her basic parental rights as a mother have been violated in that she has not been allowed unsupervised visitation with her children since Decdember, 2011. What visitation she has had was through a mediation center which she had to pay for. We ask that the court act quickly on her behalf and in the best interest of the children. We feel that the court has already failed in it's duty to serve the people in this matter. Therefore, time is of the essence!
