Comments: This is an outrage. The court should allow visitation rights to the Danishefskys, so that they can see their beloved grandchildren.

Comments: this is beyond sad -- the grandparents as well as shele's children are being destroyed by the system -- never heard of anything soooo horrible -- why are these innocent, loving people in this disgusting situation. and dateline or 48 hours haven't covered this story which they should. in many ways this is like the perry march case in nashville -- nice jewish family-- it took many years to get this family back on track & perry march in jail. 48 hours did extensive stories on this. i hope & pray that shele's bereaved parents will get justice in their lifetime as well as some mazel!!! randie levine-miller

Comments: This is a travesty of justice. The courts are wrong in their assessment of the Danishefsky family. Justice is said to be blind, not stupid. This is a wonderful pious family, and should be entitled to see their grandchildren as frequently as they wish, with no strings attached. Please grant unrestricted visitation before it is too late.
