The cock roaches problem has been an issue, a concern, and a problem for us as tenants living on floor 21, as it has been on and off with different apartments on this floor. In fact some of tenants signing already faced this issue before in their apartments, and it got controlled, others has been and still is a continuous nightmare. We are aware about the cock roaches issue in apartment 2114 since the tenant moved to the apartment, six months passed and this issue is not resolved, and now the tenant in apartment 2115 brought to her neighbors attention about the roach she found in the apartment and how disgusted she is. We have a concern that this issue has not been controlled yet, and we are afraid it will be spread to other apartments, and are questioning the methods your business is using. With the amount of rent each tenant living on this floor is paying, we should not go through this stress, or dealing with it. Therefore we are requesting from Essex Leader team to explain to us the steps taken already to control this issue, and the future steps to avoid the spread of the roaches. We are requesting to know the name of the pest control company you work with, the type of treatment used, and educational information about the roaches, their eggs, their life cycle, the step-by-step process we need to follow if any of the tenants has to face this growing problem. A concern we have as tenants "if the San Francisco Code is followed through to control the roaches problem and kill it, we would like to have a proofed copy of San Francisco Health Inspector report from the health department to be assured the code is followed. As tenants living in San Francisco we have rights, and what we asked is a right, and we look forward to receive your reply to the concerns we have. Thank you, Floor 21 Tenants f
